NAVIS carries out all kinds of consulting services in engineering, shipping and ship building.  The company has led and taken part in research activities for the Icelandic Maritime Directorate amongst other things, conducted many pre-contract evaluations and estimates, assisted in forming and completing tender documents, led and assisted in contract negotiations and post-performance cost evaluations.  Inclining experiments, stability calculations and other technical matters are many and various.
